Going through the main storyline as a lore-accurate Dragonborn build in Skyrim (PS5). The main thing is that I do not have shout cooldowns. I can use unlimited shouts without waiting for them to recharge, as you would expect someone who has mastered the voice to be able to do. I am also pretty powerful and wearing the Dragonplate Insulated Armor. These are highlights of my LORE-ACCURATE Dragonborn build character playing through the entire main storyline of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. I am wearing Dragonplate Heavy Armor and mainly use a Dragonbone Battleaxe, as well as some Destruction and Conjuration magic. A guide on how to set up an OP SHOUT build on legendary difficulty. Played on Skyrim the special edition, no mods were installed during the playthrough and all gameplay is entirely on Legendary Difficulty. This build makes use of the multiple equip exploit by transforming into either a werewolf / vampire lord and speaking to a follower at the same time, this allows multiple items to be equipped from the followers inventory which remain equipped after reverting form. All dragons fought are from the marked dragon locations on the map. I hope that you enjoy the Guide! If you are having difficulty levelling Alteration to 100 check if you have the unofficial installed. If it is installed this method will be patched and not work. If this method does not work for you, you can cast the Secret of Arcana and then cast Telekinesis on an object and as long as you don't let go the Secret of Arcana will stay active. If this still doesn't work create a set of Fortify Alteration gear that has over 100% reduction and try again. The game: 🤍 The music: 🤍 Armor: -Mythical Stacked Helmet -Mythical Stacked Chestplate -Mythical Stacked Leggings -Ferocity Sharp Ring* -Ferocity Slizzard Rune Infusions: -3x Civilian Weapon: -Reinforced Gilded Pole -Storm Splitter blade -Retaliate weapon art Guild: Cleric Race: Elf* *You can use any ring you want as long as you put Ferocity on it. I went with Sharp Ring since I had a spare. Lucky ring heavily decreases your damage output. You can also switch it out with a vampiric ring for self sustain. I'm in the Cleric guild but you would probably want to use Vampire, Thief or Knight. Vampire for self sustain and damage in the dark, Thief for backstab damage and crits, and Knight for more tenacity. *The only races that would directly increase your damage are human when under half health, half Ork with the armor ignore, and Ork with their passive tenacity. The race is up to your preference. This build revolves around the Slizzard Mount, has its own separate attack and weapon art from normal weapons. Its basic attack is considered rune damage and doesn't proc effects that M1 and M2's normally can, though the weapon art is still just a weapon art. Since its basic attack is considered rune damage, Civilian's perk Sociable can boost its damage. With Civilian alone, I could only get around 57 damage. The rest of the damage is from Ferocity scaling off of Mythical Stacked's high tenacity. I chose Reinforced Gilded Pole and Storm Splitter because of Gilded Pole's 0.2 passive tenacity and Storm Splitter's raw stat boosts passive. Starlight also has high stat boosts, but when I tried Storm Splitter, Storm Rend procced and did insane damage. It looks like when it procs, it does its initial damage, then the chain lightning hits the same enemy again if their alone. I've had half of the Storm Rend damage crit and the other half not crit so that's what I think is happening, but in the last clip I showed a crit by using Royal Parry and Storm Rend only hit once so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I also found out after making this video that slizzard scales off summon boost so you could use corrupt infestigator and cursed guild for more civilian effectiveness, but you could easily get knocked out of your attack animations. There's probably a way to make this better, but I'm happy with this showcase. I also forgot how good this song is, so it was nice listening to it againa
